Where do you ship?
Pan-India. Free over ₹999, otherwise a flat ₹49. Delivery is 2–5 working days once dispatched.
What's your return window?
30 days from delivery. Opened is fine — if a formula didn't agree with your skin we want it back, not in your bin. First return per order ships on us.
Do formulas restock?
Yes, but in batches. If something's sold out, join the restock list on the product page and you'll get an email the day it's back.
Where do I start / how do I layer?
Thinnest to thickest: cleanser, then water-based serums, then anything oil-based, then moisturiser, then SPF in the morning. Introduce one active at a time and give it two weeks.
Can I use the actives together?
Niacinamide and hyaluronic go with everything. Keep retinal and AHA/BHA on separate nights. Vitamin C in the AM, retinal in the PM. Every product page spells out its own timing.
Is this a real store?
It's a portfolio demo. The catalogue, cart and checkout all work — checkout runs live through Razorpay in test mode, so use a test card and nothing is actually charged or shipped.
